Toni noticed that the Suprathermal list for STA was missing 11/1/2008 until 5/16/2016. This file is the version missing those dates. I am rerunning to fill in.

After rerunning, some entries had a different number of decimal places (possibly due to IDL updates). If I ignore that, everything else matches with one exception. The old version (archived now), there is one line that is not in the reprocessed data:

I do not have an explanation for this.
